Service Areas

Hesperia is home base. From there we serve the rest of the Victor Valley: Victorville to the north, Apple Valley and Spring Valley Lake to the east, Adelanto to the northwest, and Oak Hills, Phelan and Piñon Hills to the west and southwest, along with nearby high desert communities such as Helendale and Lucerne Valley. The towns share the same dry climate, wind and dust, but the details change from place to place. Lots get larger and more rural toward Oak Hills and Phelan, where long driveways and block or ranch-style fencing are common. Victorville, Apple Valley and Hesperia share the Mojave River Watershed stormwater permit with San Bernardino County, but water service comes from different providers depending on the address. Each area page covers what applies there, and we check the local water provider's rules before scheduling.
